Our first location is set to open in June 2025 in Chiba.

The Boutique Hotel Feel—In Nature, Just a Train Ride Away.

From Tokyo rush to riverside stillness in under two hours. You won’t believe how far away it feels.

We design and build

Cabin on wheels
Because they're built on a trailer, they're legally vehicles and not real estate. This means:

・We can launch in 3 months, not 3 years

・It costs far less to build

・We scale like software, but with timeless design

Sharing cabin profits

with locals
Locals lend us their land, care for the cabins, and host our guests. Instead of buying land, we share profits so communities can earn, connect, and thrive. Guests enjoy nature and genuine hospitality, while locals build a better life. We grow together, simply and warmly.

Licensed as a hotel

But built differently
Our wheeled cabins are fully licensed under Japan’s hotel law, offering hotel-level safety and comfort, with the warmth of a second home and the freedom to move lightly through nature.

For journalists

Write the untold stories of Japan
The best stories on Japan are still unwritten.

Mass tourism has flooded a few hotspots, but left countless towns behind. We’re not targeting tourists, we’re helping local Japanese reconnect with nature, community, and the deep cultural rhythms that once defined everyday life. Like gyms made fitness a habit, we’re making peace of mind part of the routine. We’ve got the stories no one else is telling.

“We talk about akiya as a housing problem. It’s not. It’s an economic one. People leave because there’s no opportunity. We’re changing that.”
“In Japan, the epidemic isn’t just aging—it’s isolation. Our model puts people back in each other’s lives.”
“The 65-year-old in Tokyo is retiring. The 65-year-old in Chiba is asking, ‘How can I help?’ That’s the energy we’re tapping into.”
“What shocked me most in the countryside wasn’t the beauty—it was the motivation. These elders want to help. They just need the vehicle.”

First Cabin

Opening in Chiba, Japan in June!
Just 90 minutes from Tokyo, our very first cabin in Isumi is where city noise fades and real life begins.

Walk 13 minutes from the station and you’ll hear waves before you see them, pass rivers and lagoons, maybe spot a deer or a heron in flight.

But what makes it magic? The locals. kind, open, and full of heart. It’s the kind of place that makes you wonder why you ever lived anywhere else.
